Synopsis
In 2012, about 20 years after the mysterious disappearance of actor Julio Arenas while shooting the film The Farewell Gaze, a sensationalist television show revives the case. Film director and Arenas' close friend Miguel Garay talks to Julio's daughter Ana, the movie's editor and archivist Max, and mutual friend and lover Lola.

Born in1940, filmmaker/writer Víctor ERICE is one of the most renowned filmmakers from Spain. .He made his feature debut with the magical-realist classic The Spirit of the Beehive. Both his film The South and documentary The Dream of Light were screened at Cannes, with the latter awarded the Jury Prize.
