Synopsis
Mariko works as a bartender at a small bar in the alleyways of Shinjuku Golden Gai in the Kabukicho district of Shinjuku, Tokyo. She also works as a private detective. One day, she receives a request from an organization. Their request is to find an alien among the people in Kabukicho. She tries to find the alien with help of her boyfriend, Masaya.

Born in Osaka, KATAYAMA Shinzo worked as an assistant director YAMASHITA Nobuhiro before becoming an assistant for BONG Joon-ho on Tokyo! (2008) and Mother (2009). He made his feature debut with the award-winning Siblings on the Cape (2018) and helmed the thriller Missing (2021).
